Who do you work with?

We work with elementary, middle and high school students who are struggling in school. Our individually tailored program targets learning challenges and poor school performance by addressing the root of the problem for long term, permanent results.

Do the results last?

YES!! We help our students overcome learning obstacles, succeed in school and prepare for the future.  We are more than a tutoring center. Our methods help students improve in school and develop strong learning and cognitive skills which last a lifetime!! These are the building blocks of learning and are essential for school success.

How does this program work?

We begin with an initial consultation to discuss your concerns and goals.  Next we schedule a Learning Skills Profile to examine learning and cognitive skills, academic strengths and weaknesses, and school performance. Students then work toward established goals by attending sessions designed to address their unique needs. Parents are updated on a regular basis and may schedule Parent Education sessions to learn practical ways to support effective homework and study habits, while encouraging cooperative behaviors.

Do you offer support services?

YES!! Because we want our students to be successful in many different environments, we welcome the opportunity to schedule Parent Education sessions, consult with teacher(s), conduct classroom observations, or collaborate with other professionals who may be working with our students.  This “team approach” encourages open communication, consistency and follow through, and ensures overall academic success.

What if my child needs help with homework?

Our Homework Helper Mentoring Program provides students with after school homework support in a motivating, encouraging environment. 

Our mentors are qualified, energetic and responsible and act as a positive role model for students in grades K through 8.  Each student is carefully matched with a mentor that will best address his or her unique needs.  It is our goal to make each session productive while inspiring students to successfully complete assignments, work toward independence and reach their full potential.
